Rental Agreement

1. Requires a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment to confirm the order, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Invoice is to be paid in full prior to or at time of customer pick-up or delivery.
3. Renter shall pick-up and return items on the date and by the time specified on the invoice, and is responsible for loading and unloading personal vehicle. For deliveries, renter shall receive the items and have them ready for pick-up by the coordinated date and time. Additional daily rental fees will apply for late returns. 
4. Renter is responsible for item loss or damage, and will pay the cost of replacement or repair.
5. There is no guarantee rented items are free of defects.
6. Renter takes full responsibility for proper set-up of all rented items.
7. Renter agrees that Daisy's Party Rentals holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items. The renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury, and if any accident involving rental items has occurred while it is in the renter's possession, renter shall make Daisy's Party Rentals aware.
8. Marquee letters and numbers should not be moved from installation area after installed or placed in areas near water, such as pools, mainstreams, or unsheltered areas where rain can damage the marquee characters. If marquee inventory is moved from installation area, the client is responsible for any damage or loose electrical cables that are misplaced. Daisy's Party Rentals is not responsible for personal injury due to the misplacement of such items. Replacement bulbs are available to clients and must be returned if not used. If they are not returned, the replacement bulbs will have a replacement fee of $10.
9. A cleaning fee may apply and vary according to items rented and quantity. A cleaning fee will be applied to 
food service items and vary in accordance to rented items and quantity, which can be refunded if the items are returned in the conditions they were given in.
10. We require photo identification. Any physical or digital copy will be returned, shredded, or deleted upon rental return.
11. A transaction fee is charged for the use of Credit/Debit Cards and/or PayPal services. To waive this fee, renter may pay with cash or check.
